Ristorante Garage Nardini a Bassano del Grappa, Vicenza

The restaurant

Typical local ingredients, sourced through close collaboration with small local producers and breeders, are enhanced by recipes that redefine tradition in new proposals, influenced by the enthusiasm of youth and the international experience of chef Simone Brizzolari.

The menu

The menu is based on the ‘chosen affinity’ that is born where the sea and the earth meet, creating a ‘Veneto fusion’ kitchen with Mediterranean accents.

The offer is divided into two parts: you start with the classic ‘Venetian spunciotti‘, the little bites you can share, then continue with a menu of four appetizers, four first courses, four mains and four desserts. The menu varies continuously following the rhythm of the seasons and the advice of the producers.

The wine list also extends to the local producers, and the whole Triveneto with thoughtful travel detours that take the guest on the discovery of the great wines of Piedmont and Tuscany.
